I recently found your channel and I've really been enjoying your videos! I just had to point out that it was so precious and sweet how your little daughter held her hand over her brother's head to make sure he didn't hit his head on the grill when he stood up. 🥹🤗 Her awareness and protective instinct at such a young age was absolutely adorable! Also, I admire your willingness to adopt new habits and try new healthier snacks and foods. Most people are so stuck on eating what tastes good or eating what their body "wants" as opposed to trying to feed their body what it "needs". I want to try to be more mindful of the ingredients in the foods that I buy. Thank you for that motivation!

We liked the Costco wipes too. I don’t know if you’ve heard but a class action suit was just filed against them for unsafe levels of PFAs. I was so sad! 😢

New to the channel, the pink Himalayan chips are such a good choice i love not only that flavor, but the brand is delicious as well. Its great to be healthy and eat healthy and knowledgeable about certain ingredients and all cause we know yes knowledge is power, BUT my suggestion to you is that you do whats best for your family , there are lots of "nutrionalist" without the degree in these comments , if u know what i mean 😂😂 when you're on large platforms like this i see it all the time i like to watch multi kids families and how their dynamics work. So again do whats best for your family and what u afford, dont worry about the naysayers their always gonna be around. So i #just subscribed. I love watching new people and how they do stuff. 😊❤

Oh my gosh…. PLEASE DO NOT USE A WIRE BRUSH on the grill!!! The wires have been known to come off and people have swallowed the wire. It can be life threatening!!! ( I work in the ER). I have a close friend who also that has happened to ( the wire brush was brand new) she came very close to dying… it was touch and go!!!

That’s a good price for the first tank. You’ll just trade them in for like 20 (I think) when it’s empty. You have a beautiful family. I came across your channel yesterday. I subscribed.

Look for the Non GMO sign on the products. I am doing the same thing, so we are in the same boat of trying to find healthier alternatives.....ALDI has wonderful organic meats. Good luck!!! Avoid corn syrup. Remember balance is the key. It is a process and I have been trying now for 4-5 months and just getting the hang of things. Avoid things like natural flavors, seriously that can be any number of things they choose to put in your food and notice they don't have to tell you what natural or artificial flavors are....chemicals.

Eaten in moderation nothing is off bounds! Also as correctly pointed out above.. healthy (organic produce etc) does cost that much more to make a massive difference in a large family x

I love your channel! New subscriber but I do know soy products can cause harm to boys or men. Also you can use google lens to take a picture of the ingredients and there’s an option to highlight and select each ingredient and then search it! Also you could look up negative side effects of specific ingredients!! My husband has been a vegetarian for 20 years now and so are our two youngest children. He is always telling me if you can’t read it then don’t eat it! I just started really reading labels in the last year and I’ve been so let down with most of my favorite snacks 😢 but there is good alternatives I’ve found. Hope this helps. Also a clean brand is Siete. They carry it at Costco and at some Walmarts. Its a Hispanic family owned brand , they have salsa , seasoning, chips etc

U need to get the pots of the ground good for drainage just get some rocks or bricks to put under them

Tillamook is one of the few cheese brands that are still pretty clean, I’ve just learned this…. Most other brands have GMO Rennet.

In my country u are not allowed to buy fire works it’s illegal can cause fires in builds up areas

I think food is meant to be enjoyed. I don't think everyone needs to be skinny like a credit card, to me "healthy food" taste like card board

I agree. But once I learn some thing, I don’t know about you. It’s hard for me to go backwards knowing there’s a harsh chemical or something like that for instance, I don’t want to feed that to my kids let alone myself or my husband so that’s just where I’m coming from. It’s all a journey that we’re taking in this life and you can only do what you can do now if I had to eat something knowing it had that in there because I had to survive obviously I would eat it but there’s a difference you know. God Blessed 🦋
