So great to see the kids. I understand your point of view but I've sure missed them. All your kids are great but Millie had me from the beginning. She is such a free spirit. I'm glad she is home schooled so a teacher doesn't break that. She is going to grow up with confidence not caring what other people think. We should all take a page out of her book!! Also would like an update on Lottie and the pigs when you can. Rosie looks so grown up! Wow and so does Benji.

Seeing Benny, Rosie and the twins make me realise how long it is since I last checked in. They have grown up so fast, they are still so cute. Millie is still uniquely Millie, someone said she is a free spirit, couldn't agree more. I hope she doesn't change. All the kids are great.

I had a feral child. He always had a sense of adventure and curiosity. I really wondered if he'd make it to adulthood. He is now almost 23 years old and spends half his year working on fishing boats in Alaska and half the year close to home working on logging hours for a commercial pilot's license and getting paid to work on small planes. He's a great kid!

I love the Kiwico activities I've seen at a family member's homeschool and it has made me so interested after seeing all the fun that her children were having. I'm checking it out. Most planning for future homeschooling is in my head, but I should really start writing them down. Milly is so brave. At her age, I tried to catch tadpoles with the other children and collect snails, but I was too girly and freaked out each time. 🤣It's good to be brave.

A bit late watching this one but I wanted to say 😂😂😂 As a teacher , the best planning sessions are the ones that are collaborative. Get online, share ideas, write up some planners and you will be even more inspired.

We love those enchiladas. We have a VERY similar recipe. Try taking canned black beans, rinsing & draining, and canned or frozen corn (drained or thawed & drained) and adding that to your burritos. It's a great way to get in some extra protein with the beans, and they just make it that much better!

Our youngest boy was always the wild, ferral child. Much to our surprise our middle guy, who was so chill and deliberate about everything, is the one who does the crazy, travel thing, with such an unexpected life. I have had many sleepless nights staying up praying for that manchild. He just turned 30. I think hes given me a fair share of my grey hair.

The recipe looks amazing; but, I love black olives and would have to add me some black olives to each burrito and to the top with, yes, much more cheese, as you say! Having had colon cancer and am living life with no colon now, I have to seriously think about each recipe that I use. Mexican, being my favorite kind of food, has taken a different path; but, I think that this yummy recipe might make my list! Thank you. And by the way, I have missed seeing the kids and enjoyed watching them! They have grown so much and not only in size!
