Less than 15 years ago, my family and I slept in the R, F, & P caboose at the Red Caboose Motel in Ronks, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA.
They really changed them considerably. I remember as a kid going 27 years ago, and the caboose I had a living room in the front and it had bunk bed in the Cupola one on each side and then a full bed in the rear. Kind of sad they changed that

Do i need to reserve in advance if i want to come there in November or December or do you guys have plenty of availability during the winter?
