Hi bro my service center is saying that u hv already done servicing. I don't do gaming I just do browsing..fan does noise. They are saying that the graphic card is corrupt they will just fix graphic card for 3500 but will give no warranty. They are also saying that they can remove graphic card from motherboard & make it without gpu that will make it run easily for rs 1500. 3rd option they are saying just get a new motherboard with or without gpu which is around 3800+ gpu cost? What do u think I should do?

THE BEST SOLUTION to get constant 60 fps and prevent overheating in gaming laptops is to limit the clock frequency of cpu and gpu by tuning using stress test specs....run stress test by keeping cpu+ gpu at 100% load for 10 or more minutes and check their frequencies.....use the laptop for gaming at those frequencies as that's your laptops cooling capacity...

Hello mate, I too have nitro 5 with ryzen 5 3350 h with rx560x 4gb. I bought it 7 months ago. Since last month I am facing some heating issues, games lagging, and ram over usage when it's idle (about 40%) when it was new, games ran smoothly with no heating everything was perfect. But now even I can hear a mild sound underneath keypad like some sort of cutting. Maybe it's fan. It's still in warranty. Any suggestions. Plz help

I only use laptop for study oriented purposes like MS Office or for reading e books. and I also watch movies in it but sometimes it heats up a lot and reboots itsself or sometimes I have to hard reset it and i lose all the progress I made. this happens more whn the windows is downloading updates.. after theyre installed laptop works just as fine.. why does this happpen?

Hi, when I start Cinebench2024 the cpu(Acer Nitro 17 i7: 13700HX, RTX 4060) immediately throttling, the fans are set up to max and the temperature hits 100C. The test runs for 10 minutes and the cpu clock speed drops to 3GHz(the cpu max frequency is 5GHz). The cpu score in cpu-monkey is 1371, but mine has 938. Also Intel XTU shows power limit throttling, the cpu is idle, and power limit and current/edp throttling at the same time while gaming. For example in Days Gone the fps are capped to 120 and the graphic setting are almost the highest, the cpu and gpu temps are about 75C, but the cpu frequency and frames drops(3GHz and ~90fps) from time to time(every 30-60 min) for 2-3min. Do you think these problems can be fixed with replacing the motherboard, the laptop is under warranty. I bought it two mounts ago and it is cooled with liquid metal thermal paste. Thanks!

CPU becomes the only reason to thermal throttling process which makes your pc slow in processing until and unless it will get back into the initial state in which CPU holds a temperature near about 45-60 ^C or below.....and as it reaches to its initial thermal state, CPU again push core performance to the 100 % and this autonomous behavior of CPU will be a reason to make FPS down/lag in system performance for few minutes..... so to make it cool, just open your power setting tab, select your power mode, click on advance setting in that particular power mode and then go to the processor power management, select max power performance put 70/65 and 70/65 values or below in both battery and plugin tab it will make your CPU underperformance it won't affect your gaming or you also try the other methods which helps you in this chaos ..UNDERVOLTAGE AND HWiNFO64 Fan speed control method

Guys listen try turning off CPU Intel Turbo Boost if your CPU supports it. If you turn this off then your CPU and GPU temps will reduce.

Wroo easiest solution 3.use wet handkerchief 2.turn on AC or coller & let your cool first then play 1.try to find which part is if it's the air consuming simply drop some water(less then 5 drops)(this may not work in pcs or modern tops).
