I love how the eval bar basically freaks out whenever bullet chess is being played lol

The eval bar is an interesting addition. Many times Hikaru says "now I have what I want," the eval par is actually showing him at a massive disadvantage, whereas it will show the opposite when he says "I think I blundered" and the advantage is 90% in his favor 🤣

I love the addition of the eval bar!

I wish I could play “horrible chess” as well as Hikaru

Kinda mind blowing that it still says: “Eval bar not *seem* by Hikaru” after all this time.

Why did he do that to bortnyk in the end? Trying to snipe him just to ruin his tournament and then letting his time run out. Bad sportsmanship.

By resigning right before the arena ended, Bortnyk got the points to come in second. Jose essentially stole 2nd place (and the prize money) from Erigaisi and gave it to Bortnky by resigning there at the end. But TBH, Jose probably just wasn't paying attention and was like to heck with it and just dipped out not realizing the consequences.

young enough to grind brother. go to in real life events if your parents support your chess. i got into chess mid 20s... worst regret was not finding it cool sooner... good luck in your quest
