and this is why there is this awesome thing called the Z-transform which allows for the easy application of any arbitrary input such as a square wave or whatever you desire.

wonderful job, I am thinking apply laplace to a induction heat machine (square wave signal) to find the resonant point of the work coil, the missed part was the laplace transform of the periodic signal

Dr Chris Tisdell, I think the upper limit of the integral should be 2.

I'm wrong. The upper limit should be 1. Maybe I was just confused with how the two T's were used. www.google.com.ph/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&ved=0CC8QFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.math.vt.edu%2Fpeople%2Fdlr%2Fm2k_opm_lapper1.pdf&ei=FvePU5mOPMnfoASXvoKoAg&usg=AFQjCNEdld8vEL8Er3HIVSMKTlbjeA1HKg&sig2=ND_Z2vssWtYJAUtDTZ4G1w&bvm=bv.68445247,d.cGU&cad=rja
