Personally, I'm not really a fan of Pillar John's revenge, it feels rather tame, and maybe even underwhelming compared to the fast paced and frantic nature of "The death I deserviolli", it's not a bad song in the slightest, but it feels more like it'd be a special escape theme, rather than something to succeed lap 2.

So... Lap 3: Forces the timer to 0 and summons Pizzaface. Lap 4: Snick starts chasing you. Lap 5: John's Ghost starts chasing you. Lap 6: Fake Peppino follows your movements. Lap 7: Fake Santa and the Goblin Captain start to attack you. Lap 8: The Toppin Monsters start chasing you as well. Lap 9: Hard-mode is activated, and all enemies gain their Heat Meter attacks. Lap 10: Snick becomes much faster, and the WAR Timer is activated with a _very_ strict limit. I feel like this only stops at 10 because we're running out of things to add for each lap...

I thought that on lap 5 as with john ghost as if he manages to grab you and send you back to where you went into the screen, the you can just leave the way you came, come back and everything is reset, leaving more margin for error

The thing about the lap songs, past Pasta La Vista (Which is really the Lap 5 song but it was used as lap 7 for some reason) is that they just.. don't feel like lap songs after a while. Unlike the last breath phases, which actually still fit their description, and still sound good! Since some lap songs you can tell there's a sort of pattern on how they're made.

that's probably because people are taking the idea so far just for the sake of doing it, not because it's an actually fun or well designed idea. the original 3rd lap was a novel idea which offered a challenge that required you to be perfect in a near literal sense, you can't go much further than that and once the community did it gets stale very quick, unsurprisingly

before this there were infinite lap mods that didn’t add any super hard gimmicks. legit just repeating the same level over and over

I’ve actually downloaded this mod a few days ago and lap 10’d a few levels already, and here’s my thoughts: A majority of this mod is actually pretty easy (if you’re experienced with Lap 4) once you figure out how every enemy works. It’s just a matter of figuring out where you need to slow down and what routes you need to take to avoid the Tomato Animatronic on Lap 8, while being careful of Fake Peppino (Lap 6) at the same time. Hardmode Snick on Lap 9 complicates things a little bit, since his gimmick of random enemy spawning means sometimes he’ll just kill your run due to bad luck, but it’s not unmanageable. Lap 10, though? Lap 10 itself is ABSOLUTE HELL. The speed buff Snick receives can throw a huge wrench into strategies you’ve been using for the past 20 minutes. Lap 10 Snick is the sole reason some levels are nearly impossible to complete (Fastfood Saloon being the most standout example of this in my mind, though I need to try some other levels as well). I feel like it would’ve been more balanced if Snick changed his behavior to something like how he acts in Egg’s Lap Mod on Lap 10, so he’s more on top of you while not being too overpowered. Then again part of this mod’s novelty IS the stupidly high difficulty expected from 10 whole laps of a level. I did have some fun with this mod, but it’s definitely not for the faint of heart. If you’ve Lap 4’d a ton of levels and want a harder experience, go ahead and check this one out.

When I woke up today, I ain't expect to see THIS video in my feed. But, here we are. Quite frankly, wow. Just wow. Words cannot describe how insane this mod is, I might have to try it for myself. I never thought anyone would ACTUALLY put in Lap 10 into PT but you proved me wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if someone made a Lap 20 mod of some sorts (okay, maybe-). You need an award for this, like literally, this had to take a long time.👏
