After a fun-filled two days in Vang Vieng, we head to our next destination, this time taking one of our favourite forms of transport… a high-speed train. We have taken trains in China and India so it only makes sense that we try one in Laos. Let’s see if the trains in Laos live up to their Asian counterparts.

Wow that’s so cool. Laos must have been quite different than now we’re guessing. It has been such a wonderful place to explore, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our experiences here.
Impressive modern facilities and train travel can be so relaxing too. Good to see that this is a comfortable and affordable transport option in Laos.

@@BeyondAtoBreal, Jakarta to bandung usually by car 3 or 4 hours. But by high speed railway whoosh from Jakarta city to bandung city only 45 hours. The best transportation in southeast. So the first in southeast southern Hemisphere and Oceania. Transportation in Indonesia the best in southeast now👍

Hello. We had no issues at the train station it was very easy and fast. One thing to note is they do not allow most types of aerosols or pocket knives. But overall a great experience😀
