Lanzarote is the northernmost and easternmost island of the Canary archipelago. Although its surface area does not exceed 800 sq km. The diversity of its landscapes atracts the eye.
The volcanic eruptions of the 18 th and 19 th centuries have given it a spectacular appearance of singular form and beauty. White-sanded beaches and Transparent waters are to be found beside strange and unusual landscape, formed by volcanic grottos, lakes of lava and craters. The spectacularity of this natural patrimony, jealously guarded by the people from Lanzarote, not in vain the island was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1993.
In Lanzarote, we can find the gaiety and life of the tourist areas, with their excellent hotal installations and recreational facilities, close to unspoilt countrysite, limitless horizons, and solitary islands, where one may enjoy the silence and tranquility.
Timanfaya National Park, a beautiful succession of beautiful volcanic landscapes, has become one of the greatest tourist attractions of the island, as well as the Centres of Arts, Culture and Tourism created by local artist Cesar Manrique . The original cultivation systems of the countryfolk, who have learned how to overcome the island's sterility and fill the lava with exuberant growth, is another focus of attraction for visitors.
The benignity of the climate sould not be overlooked; an annual average temperature of 22 º C. makes Lanzarote an ideal location for the practice all kinds of outdoor activities.

Mark - a very clever and interesting video with your trusted and exceptionally well-controlled drone as well as some excellent editing - well done you! I am planning to visit Lanzarote in Puerto del Carmen in late August 2020 for 2 months and hope to visit and understand much more about the volcanic history et al of the island as it looks such fascinating history which is within grasp. Wow! Beautiful! This aerial shots are amazing! I went to Lanzarote last year and took my drone with me but it was so windy I was afraid of flying it so only used it a couple of times, was it so windy when you visited there? loved the video :) I am making a couple from my trip to lanzarote but God I wish I have done some of this amazing aerials too! :)
