this is the best song since the malibu era imo. the honest and vulnerable lyrics, the certain maturity it takes to reach these feelings towards someone you think the world of, the gradual buildup to the bridge and the emotions induced from the guitar. so many insane elements, i’m blown away, absolute masterpiece

I'm getting tired of him, forgetting me when everybody, or literally anyone is around. We were in a long distance, so we seldom had time. I noticed the difference in how we treat each other. The many times I have voiced out my concerns, he promises to change but still does the same thing I was concerned about. I got tired and slowly tried to live like a single person even when I was tied to him. If he wants distance so much, I'll give it. Even when I don't go out much often, I'll pretend we never exist. One of my friends commented he doesn't look like he's committed. We had plans but it will be changing soon unannounced by me. This song passed my feeds, and it hit me. Hence I am here. I hope everyone finds the person who reciprocates their love too. ❤ Edit: I wrote this comment 2 months ago, fast forward as I type this he cheated on me and broke up with me on April 8, 2024. I'm glad. I'm doing fine. May everyone have a happy year!

This is my favorite on the album

This is one of the ignored songs in “a beautiful blur” album. I thought XXL was the best song, then I went to their concert and man the feeling of this song just hits different live. Reminds me of the times I was so inlove, flew across the world and the person wouldn’t even take a step for me. Honestly I don’t even know why I’m crying, It’s been 4 years, we both moved on. Lany was my sanctuary at that time, I remember sneaking to drive my mom’s car in the middle of the night just so I can cry out loud without being heard, I played Lany’s songs out so loud in the car and sobbed so hard. That was the time I lost myself. It took a year to recover me again, it was hard and such a painful process. While playing this song at lany’s concert they had a background of driving at night and that just reminded me of that time.

Thanks you for your songs. They really help me for healing my mind.
