Pranam bhai... Mujhe inguinal hernia hai. Jab koi heavy kaam krta hoon toh mere testicles ke paas sujan aa jaati hai aur jab rest krta hoon toh sabb normal ho jaata hai. mere doctor ne mujhe langot recommend ki hai aur medicine chall rhi hai...aapki aur se koi advice?

langot nahi pehene walo ko ya loose underwear, boxers pehenne walo ko scroutm me paani bharne ki shikayat ho skti h later years me. langot gives good support and holds the genitals in a firm position. it was just a normal underwear till almost 100 yrs back, still worn regularlt in many rural areas like mine in BR.

The main reason why people wear langot in India is the climate of India as the climate of India is nearly hot and humid type so for spermatogenesis we require proper temperature approximately 2 to 2.5 degree less than the body temperature so it was advise to wear langot so as the air flow could be proper and the process of fermentation could take place without any issue...our sanatan dharm is the best Jai shree Ram.. HAR HAR MAHADEV.....
