The team at Laney have condensed all the lush sounds and playability of their coveted Lionheart amplifiers into a highly portable, battery powered desktop amplifier packed with bags of extra features. You have 2 channels, Clean & Drive as well as Gain, Tone and Volume controls to sculpt your sound as well as bags of extra features when hooked up with the Laney Smart Insert cable. This LSI cable allows you to connect your iPhone or Android device and enjoy a world of instantly recognisable guitar tones.
There's also a headphone sin for silent practice, so you can jam along without disturbing your neighbours!
This version in the video features a built-in delay effect and 2 x 3” speakers, but it is also available in a single 3” speaker version.

I've had one for years now it's fantastic. Anything from jazz to metal. Great acdc quo sound.. Don't expect it to sound like a Marshall stack cranked but as a desktop or living room noodling amp it's unbelievable how good it is. I use it constantly. It also is a high quality Bluetooth speaker just so useful and not only that it looks really nice and classy not like plastic toy crap like a lot of the battery amps. One of the best musical purchases I ever made. I cant be arsed with the tonebridge too fiddly the amp has enough range for me without it.
This guy would have been perfect as the next door music store owner in the series Black Books.
I own a Laney mini Ironheart and I play with the app Tonebridge. It's fantastic! Also you can take with you the amp where you want!
I use mine as a nice practice or muck around amp. For a small amp it's powerful.

*Well, I think I've just found MY new micro amplifier! 😲 Either this or the Blackstar Fly 3 for my guitar! They both sound absolutely fantastic! 😃 Oh, don't mind me using that word! 🤣 You say you've said the word fantastic a lot just lately in this video! 😅 Let's face it, though, they really ARE fantastic! 😄 Keep rockin and enjoy yourself, buddy! 😁✌*
Oh heck yeah! Been very interested in this amp and waiting for the review to come out on this channel

never saw a Jem sounding so good.
Plz do a comparison video between Blackstar fly3 Vs any of the Laney ST model.. love from india.. And acording to you which one of the 3Laney st model will be best??
So you're telling me that instead of spending hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds on the right pedals/amps, one can simply download tonebridge. Oh my god hahaha

Having seen some reviews I am wondering if I'd buy this one or the Nux mighty lbt mk 2 . This one uses a cable to connect to the modeling app yet I see there are complaints regarding Android latency. The Nux uses BT for it's modelling, are there issues there too ? With the nux you can use an acoustic guitar with pre amp, this one too? Maybe there aren't that much notable differences in quality but I'm thankful for a reply.

If you are planning to use an android to operate the app, I’m pretty sure you may aswell just avoid the laney/tonebridge app as I see ALOT of people struggling without ios. I’d go for the Nux if I was using android for sure.

James Nava True. But one feature lacking in the Fly (and most amps in this price range you can get new) is that they can't be hooked up to phones/tablet directly. That would make them *way* more versatile and portable. And I'm glad Laney teamed up with separate company to do the software. Too many amps companies fail on the software side.
