I'm here because of TikTok, probably like every one else lol. I'm having an extremely difficult time emotionally after losing my fiance unexpectedly 3 months ago (today is exactly 3 months and I have been crying all day pretty much). I'm raising my very challenging 10 year old son all by myself with no help at all from anyone, and I work a physically draining and difficult full time job. Today was cold and rainy and I hurt myself a million times lugging heavy stuff up ramps and moving trucks around. My actual bones were hurting me by the time I got home. And I was cold. I'm usually hot and feeling okay physically even when I'm tired. But today I was just tired, cold, hurting and sad. I sat on my bed just to rest for a minute. I don't usually do that but today was just so hard. I opened up TikTok and put my phone down for a sec to take my boots off. I heard your voice and was like "what? Oh my god" and I just soaked it in. It made me feel so much better. Then I looked at the screen and saw you resting your face on your guitar as you were singing and you just gave me such a comforting feeling. I felt like I was sitting out in the sun on a beautiful day. You were so comforting to both listen and watch. It looped a couple of times before I heard my son yell from his room. He had been talking to his friends through his headset and playing a game so I was surprised to hear him say: "MOM! what are you listening to?! It sounds BEAUTIFUL". For him to say that was just so nice too because I'm usually hearing a bunch of trash words coming out of his moutH, and just toxic yelling and screaming. I swear I listened like 50 times before clicking the link to your KZread to watch the whole thing. I'm in love with your voice and your vibe. You're adorable and I know you're going to do so well with this. Thank you for making my day so much better it means the world.

It's just as amazing as Adele's version, which I also used to listen to and loop over and over. Hers and yours also made me cry! I used to sing that song to my fiance because everyone loved him. I'd just start singing to him at the most random times, either belting out a Disney song which he found funny but annoying lol or..."everybody loves the things you do, from the way you talk, to the way you move. Everybody here is watching youuuuuuu, cause you feel like home, you're like a dream come true!" It's his birthday today...he would be 37♥️. Anyway, I'm totally one of your biggest fans now and I'm so glad you saw my comment. I feel so young, but I'm about to be 35 in January (😮) and I'm also a mom like I was telling you before. I'm not 100% sure how old you are, but I can tell you are still young by your bright soul shining through your music. I just wanted to give you some advice. I know people have given you such great feedback, but there are bullies everywhere who are miserable with their lives and love to bring people down. You're bound to come across someone like that in your life and comments sections. PLEASE, don't let anyone bring you down no matter what they say. Don't change anything about yourself ever unless YOU genuinely want to.
