I guess, this video clip shown in the hornbill TV News channel is not shoot by the hornbill news TV staffs. I believe, this video clip is shoot by some villagers with a mobile phone camera without OIS & DSLR facility. So, one should not blame for poor video clip nor the one makes this video clip because he/she won't be a pro-cameraman nor photographer.
