LANDROVER 4x4 STUCK down COLLAPSED grid! ERM HIAB? SPREADER BAR IN ACTION! OKAYY LETZ GO!!!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Evening KZreadrs
You will now see the HIAB in action with the recently purchased spreader bar, main aim of the game is to do a damage free lift out of the collapsed grid, slow and steady wins the race, using railway sleepers as chokes, to aid the vehicle slowly out of the grid and bringing vehicle backwards out of the danger zone.
YES I could of done a full lift, and lifted over the grass and onto the truck blah blah, but what's the point, ( RISKS ARE VERY HIGH ) , so always work slow and steady and with caution, always plan one step a head in case something does NOT go as planned.
LAST thing I want is the boot of a discovery 5 in my hiab leg, else we would be in trouble then! , Anyway was a great day for capturing some footage for the KZread and covering my back side at the same time!
Also an extra ADDED clip at the end.... HMMMMMM.....
ANYWAYS Hope you enjoy this one!
Massive thanks for the 6000 plus subscribers, we are the FASTEST GROWING UK VEHICLE RECOVERY CHANNEL RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2K21
WHO knows what winter holds for us....
SEE YOU ON THE NEXT ONE!

I owned an old MG Magnette ZA back in the 60s, while stripping out the interior panel's for a refurb I found bold inserts welded into the the door pillars. I asked my brother a film stunt man and garage owners about them and he told me they were safety bolt mounting points. He gave me a set of two Irving belts that fitted perfectly. So MG were way ahead of the time. Just because the cab didn't come with belt's it may have the mounts fitted, better to be safe than sorry.

Well executed recovery of car and complaint. I drive a van (L2 H2) it is not huge but it is big enough that some corners need a touch of planning, so in an 18 ton flatbed truck with a fair overhang at the back I can see issues if care wasn't taken.

Unbelievable how professionally you dealt with this Mr C Palmer. My policy is quite different. If I'm using beacons (yes the vehicle I drive has them also), it's for a bloody good reason. Ultimately, if you had been breaking the law, why didn't this 'Mr Palmer' report you to the traffic commissioner for the local area, or failing that, to the plod. The reason why? Mr Palmer thinks he knows best. Crack on Greg, you do a smashing job and very calmly and professionally to boot! Reet on!!
