Tires are one of hardest things to test. Even trying to do a comparison don't really work. I put proline flat Iron on my Mashigan and i have used these tires in past and worked fine, But on the jeep they were terrible. I run on a bunch of different terrains. And Flat Iron's worked poorly in everything except in the mud, Worked great, So i switch to Pitt Bull rock beast and jeep works better at everything. And i have 3D printed inserts that i had in Flat Irons, I did try other foams in the tires before i changed tires, This is a problem that a lot of people run into, They look up tire A B C that work great for someone and they go and buy them and they don't work well, This were person doing vid has to let the people watching know the weight of the truck and foam being used, Your vid is nice because your taking time to talk and show what the tire is doing.

This exactly is why I keep wheel weight same track width same and the silicone inserts in the Krawlers are almost same firmness as what I had in the landmines do it was basically a even across the board test. This spot definitely will give you a good idea of grip though, why I try and stay at the same variable because slightest change will through the test completely off. I always use the gen8 so the weight of the rig doesn't change as well being consecutive is only way I've found to get a proper test. Thanks for watching bro

Dude that course looks awesome! Holy crap that looks tough. Definitely looks steep and crazy angles. Really good tire test. I really like the JConcepts. All of the JConcepts tires I’ve tried did really good and put those Injora silicon inserts in them and they’re excellent, but I haven’t tried those pro-line BFG Crawlers. Great video!

Thank you Neo, for sure the camera doesn't do it justice its very difficult. I'm still building I just felt I had enough to try and film some decent footage. Yah pretty much all the Jconcept tires have always performed for me as well. I ran Landmines long time back and they killed it, I'd say about same as Hyrax to me.i absolutely love the Injora Inserts bro you just can't beat that price and how well the work for anyhow.

I have the BFG Krawlers on 2 trucks both with Proline dual stage foams, and now I'm comparing them, not knowing if I paid too much for similar performance! Trial and error gets expensive. Shopping for a different tread pattern to put on 66 Chevy pk body but get the really good performance of the above setup... and the desert lizards are super complementary! Thanks for the comparison 👍

Exactly how you stated it I try and put my tires to the best test as I can, problem with anything Proline is you almost need a foam upgrade right from the get go especially if your pushing past 6-8 LBS the single stage they provide are terrible IMO especially side hilling. The stock foams with most Jconepts for me have been pretty adequate until you really push them and they seem to break down quicker for some reason. I'll have more tire tests in the future coming. I try and make sure all are tested on same place with same conditions and same truck without changing the track width either because every variable will change the outcome of the process.
