Thanks for the tips. I think I dont lean forward enough and thats why the catch is so awkward for me.
Just curious, what is the typical weight ratio between a Landmine clean and a traditional barbell clean? Assuming the person is reasonably versed in both exercise. Just want to know the ballpark number.

Hello! It depends on your experience level with traditional Olympic lifts. If you are good at traditional cleans then you will be around 50-60% with the Landmine Version. If you aren’t good at traditional cleans the percentage will be much higher
