Landmarks Discovered: 89 Middle Road
In honor of Addison Mizner's 150th anniversary of his birth, the 2022 Robert I. Ballinger was presented to a Mizner-designed 1921 Mediterranean Revival estate on Middle Road. The current owners, the Morasutti family sought to integrate a new wing onto the historic residence while maintaining the architectural character of Mizner's work.
