Divorce के बाद किसी भी पुरुष अपने divorce महिला को maintain करने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है, यह केवल कानूनी अत्याचार है जो पुरुषों पर थोपा जा रहा है

उससे शादी ही मत करो जिससे तुम प्रेम नहीं कर सकते और ऐतिहासिक रूप से तलाक़ भारतीय समाज का हिस्सा नहीं है और तलाक को गंभीर अपराध घोषित किया जाना चाहिए।

Already women have right to property in parents wealth, then why the maintenence for a divorced women, she have to grow on own hard work insted of looting men

@@junedkhan8276 तलाक़ पती देगा तो खर्चा भी देगा और देना पड़ेगा कल तक जो पत्नी अच्छी लगती थी अचानक उसको छोड़ने का ख्याल क्यों से आ गया??!!! आपको महिलाओं कि भावनाओं का सम्मान करना चाहिए। महिला कोई वस्तु नहीं है यह आपको समझना चाहिए कि उनमें भी भावना और जीवन है।
Agar husband wife ka divorce ho jata kya court mahila ko force kar sakti wo pati ka ghar sambhale uske liye khana banaye uska ghar ka jhadu poocha kare. Section 125 is not social justice law it's a gender discrimination law. Agar divorce ke baad agar ladki ki sari responsibility khatam hai to ladke ko kyon force Kiya jata ke wo apni responsibility nibhaye.
