That’s actually the nose gear retracting into the wheel well. On the Boeing 737, the nose gear retracts forwards.

First of all: perfect camera angle to capture a start of an airplane. Thank you so much for the video. 🤩 And i'm still amazed by the fact, how much thrust an airplane engine produces in a split of a second. And the sound....amazing. Gives me chills everytime. 😇

It's not in a split second, the sound ramps up immediately not the actual power depending on the manufacturer it can take up to 20 seconds from Idle to actual full power, but thanks to modern de-rated take-off performance, and wing efficiency, modern engines rarely need "full power", as i recall rolls royce trent 1000s take 12 seconds to spool, GE Gen 9X take 11 seconds to spool up

It's amazing to think that there is a moment in time when the sound of the oncoming wind becomes louder than the engines at full throttle :O I guess that would be reduced though as the plane climbs to a high altitude where the air pressure is much lower

I work in aerospace, and It’s pretty amazing actually how people are even able to take these videos. Considering how huge aerospace is on FOD and that camera going into the wheel well, WHILE the plane is in operation, is DEFINITELY FOD 🤔

Extremely irresponsible. Have you considered the possibility of the camera gear separating from the aircraft and going through an engine or damaging a tire? What about the safety of your passengers? What about the safety of other aircraft using that runway and striking FOD? Think about it!
