    Nobody ever posts a video of these things actually working.

    Skip to the end of the video. It was too muddy today to really do much. I’ll post one of it working as soon as it dries out enough to not just be tearing my yard to pieces.

    I just bought one of these BC380s after owning a HY380 and the quality was better on the wheeled machine. My main complaint is that it's a pain to fuel up, just wondering if you or anyone have added a neck to the gas tanks for easier fueling?

    I have replaced 4 fuel filter. I put 12 volt fuel pump. Only have 3 hours on it right now. Will wait see how it works now. My fuel gas cap was bad. Mine did keep dieing after 15 min of use

    I think I paid $5300 out the door at auction. I feel like anything under $6k is probably a decent buy.

    Do you know what the issue could be if the tracks won’t move? It seems like it tries to spin but it stops after an inch. Won’t go in reverse at all unless we push it .

    I’ve heard drive motor seals can go bad if there’s metal in the hydraulic system. People are replacing drive motors with a higher quality equivalent and buying seals to rebuild their existing drive motors. I don’t have much detailed info as I haven’t had that problem.

    Mine came with a very basic owner's manual. It covers basic operation, break in, fluid and filter change intervals

    Do you know if these chinese mini skid steers come filled with hydraulic fluid, if not do you know which one they need i just bought an agt yrst14 and suppose to pick it up this week from the auction. Its brand new unused.. Not sure if i need to bring some with me..

    They put bare minimum in every machine. It will work but you have 10 more issues to take care of rather than hydro fluid. You have to do a full fuel clean out and usually change filters and blow out lines.

  • @lurtbike

    @lurtbike

    3 ай бұрын

    Yes they come with hydraulic fluid. I was able to drive mine onto the trailer at the auction yard. I brought gas with me and put a little in the tank and it fired right up. I’ve never heard of one not having hydraulic fluid in it. They drive them into the crates at the factory I believe, meaning they have fluid in them.

    Do you know how to tighten or replace a track that’s fallen off?

  • @lurtbike

    @lurtbike

    Ай бұрын

    Yes I do. Pull the grease fitting out at the track with the large nut and take a shovel and wedge it between the front pulley and the bucket and push the pulley back. Then use 3 or 4 1-1/4” diameter sticks in every other tooth of the track to guide it back on the pulley. There are KZread videos others have made. You have to jack the machine up.

    So with the oil cooler on the back like mine there is no access to remove the battery, other models the engine is further back for battery access. Also thinking the 4 bolts through the rubber motor mounts are for shipping, mine are loose.

  • @lurtbike

    @lurtbike

    5 ай бұрын

    How loose? I imagine they want the motor to move a little to reduce vibration. I can’t imagine they expect you to remove the motor and put it back in without the vibration isolating mounts. You can probably remove the straps for the battery and twist it 90 degrees to get it out beside the hydraulic pump. Not easy but not impossible I don’t think.

I could care less about anything other then total cost cause I will fix any little problem and make it better. I need to know process and total cost, TOTAL, THAT MEAN EVERY DIME YOU SPENT ON IT...

    $4700 out the door. $1200 a few weeks later for a predator motor. $600 for a grapple a few weeks after that. Since the predator swap at 5 hours I’ve been good. Got about 16 on it now.
