Invest in fx. Sg vs yen,aussie, nz, thai baht, ringgit. Sg property is crazy expensive now, out of control. Cash is king. The financial crisis is around the corner 😂

@@aave865 With that money they buy 2 landed, how does that increase supply? For eg if the parents bought for less than 1m and later rise to 4m and then inherit by 2 siblings, they will sell and each buy a landed property, seen it many times.
