I believe studying your Masters in USA or London would be better if you are planning to study in abroad. In Covid period many architects have moved to UI/UX Design so I don’t think if having experience matters. More over the principles are same. But I believe colleges might require a portfolio to give you admission. All the best 👍

I am about to get in my 4th year B. Des (ux) in India. How can I land a good job in Canada. I still have 1 year left to graduate and i want to settle in canada. Also I have done more than 4-5 internships till now. Should I do more or focus on freelancing ? What can bring me closer to the target

There are very few ways to come to canada. The best and fastest way is to study your Masters here. The job market and housing situation is very very bad. Even people with 10+ years of experience are facing hard time. And cost of living is very high. If I were you in India, I would not go abroad rather work in India. I am not discouraging you but telling you the reality. Unless you can afford your living expenses please don’t come. But if you still need any help let me know. All the best.

Yes you can but a degree will become a limitation for you in many situations. I recommend having a degree it is from my personal experience

@@rahultc1071 From my knowledge, to come abroad mostly there are 4 ways. 1) You can come to study and get a job after you finish your education 2) You can apply for jobs in other countries and get a job and they will sponsor your visa 3) Some countries allow people to find jobs in their country with a visiting visa 4) Some countries allow people to come into their countries if you have family abroad and you can be their dependent. So, there are your options. Research the country you want to work in. Based on your situation find the way which ever matches your needs.
