Thank you, sir, for discussing this critical aspect of urban development in this country. No one talks about these things that actually impact common people. Unplanned development and expansion of cities have become major concerns due to which we dump garbage everywhere, with no sewage and other allied utilities reaching common people. Most of the illegal colonies don't even have proper road connectivity but still, people are buying plots and houses in these colonies. All the markets and commercial spaces have become a menace, one thing is common in all these places is traffic, encroachment, noise pollution, no dedicated pedestrian ways, illegal parking and many other basic problems.

सर आपके इस वीडियो के माध्यम से बहुत जानकारी प्राप्त हुई है इसके लिये बहुत धन्यवाद सर.🙏🏻 सर मेरा एक प्रश्न है यह है कि जब मास्टर प्लान बन जाता है, तब हम यह कैसे पता क़र सकते है कि मास्टर प्लान जो बनाया गया है, उसके अंतर्गत उस लैंड/जमीन की गाटा संख्या कैसे पता क़र सकते है? जब जमीन नगर निगम/नगर पालिका और विकास प्राधिकरण के अंतर्गत आ जाती है तो उसका डाटा राजस्व विभाग की साइट पर उपलब्ध नहीं रहता अत: इसके बारे में कृपया जानकारी दे सर? सर, विकास प्राधिकरण का क्षेत्राधिकारी क्या पूरे ज़िलें में होता है? विकास प्राधिकरण का क्षेत्राधिकारी पूरे ज़िलें में किस जगह तक है, यह कैसे पता क़र सकते है? सर कृपया इसके बारे में भी जानकारी दे?🙏🏻

Sir, agar kisi ki land (jiski market value more than 1 Crore hai) ko Development authority ne cremation area dikha rkha hai. to kya sir ye unfair nhi hai kyuki ese to koi b naksha pass nhi hoga uska. or uski property ki fir koi value hi nhi rah jati hai.

Sir hamne jab प्लॉट लिया था तब पता नही था की कॉलोनी अप्रूव्ड है ।वहां पर कम से कम ५० घर बन चुके है अब विकास प्राधिकरण वाले ध्वस्त करने के नोटिस लगा रहे है।कोई समाधान बताइए
