@@elipothesarcosuchus8758 First of all, she can, with decent RNG (46% dodge is a lot). Plus she can give dodge chances to other ops who are tanking. And anyways the strength of defenders isn't defined by their DEF and HP stats, utility matters the most. This is why we see Liskarm being used a lot in CC, despite her having average stats.
