SSC can't create catboys/catgirls, as they were banned under the First Contact Accords. When the humans signed off certain rights to genetic modification, RA *banned* catboys/catgirls. Not as in they're illegal, but *removed the concept entirely from the universe.* So you couldn't make one, because nobody can comprehend the idea of one. Oh and the best part, confirmed canon by Tom Parkinson Morgan (one of the authors).

Considering bio modifications are a thing, they probably already offer a full cat girl/boy/whatever package. Not genetically inheritable, but I can imagine, if people wanna go for the authentic article, biomod cat ears made from cloned cat-tissue.

I had a morning cloak player at my table roll triple 6's on the blinkspace jump, completely turning the battle from a tough but winnable one to the PC's getting stomped. the players had to surrender and after some trigger rolls the villains accepted a 1v1 honor duel. To this day one of the most memorable things that happened in the game. also, yeah, agree 100% on the atlas and goblin ones.

Playing Hydra is simple, you just have to place two tempest drones and enjoy your ping pong match.

Sadly, the relevant text reads "Any character that starts their turn adjacent to the tempest drone or moves adjacent to it _for the first time in a round_ must blah blah blah". So you get two bounces.

That's the Enkidu-- it's a variant on the Tokugawa from wallflower. Absolutely nasty frame, when it's in the danger zone you gotta deal with this frame trait (comp/con): "As a special reaction, the Enkidu must use its PLASMA TALONS to attack any character (hostile or allied) that enters, exits or moves more than 1 space within its THREAT. This special reaction can be used once a turn, any number of times a round, and doesn’t count against the maximum number of reactions a turn, so the Enkidu can take other reactions normally." Players need to be mindful about where they are on the map when you got a spicy Enkidu stomping around. I love em.
