When I tell you, my heart rate during this scene was through the roof. After all the miserable luck Lana had the entire season, I was just waiting for something to go wrong. It was just so refreshing to see Lana finally get the upper-hand and stick it to Dr. Thredson. Also, shout out to Mother Claudia; her role was small but she was still one of the coolest nuns in film or television. She knew what was up and wanted Briarcliff taken down too.

The use of the Candyman music during this scene was a stroke of genius. It fit the tone and the level of suspense in the scene so perfectly.

I was in a mental institution for a month when I was 15. however, when I agreed to it, they said it is only for 2 weeks. i thought i was stuck. when I broke free (absolutely legally), I RAN through entire huge garden, afraid they would stop me. at the gate I heard my roommate calling. I didn't turn around and was so frightened that I started crying out loud as I ran even faster. 10 years later I found out: that boy wanted to return my jacket, which I forgot. I left half naked. though, I would not look back then, even if I had forgotten my heart... when I got to the scene of Lana is freed, I experienced pain in the nerves. happiness and pain
