Umm.. I’m not a professional at any means, but I’m pretty sure it’s just the Modern 808 hi-hat sound. If you want it to sound like how it directly sounds in this song I guess it’s just a little bit of reverb, some chorus, overdrive around 20000 Hz, and lower the treble and upping the compression.
