there are millions of "good singers" out there - who can't write a single note and haven' got any charisma. Luckily Lana dindn't give her songs to one of those, cause she has everything: charisma, talent and that this unperfect, special voice, which makes her the unique, fantastic artist she is.

Heard too many criticize this young performer...she is an absolute effin' SUPERSTAR!

God her voice is soooooooo addicting. Those of you who think she sucks live don't have an ear at all.

The band gave a new touch to the arrangements, sounds very good.

I prefer her live performances than those in a studio tbh. So much more haunting and emotional live.

I have to thank her for unearthing nostalgia I had forgotten.

ugh this performance, just proves to me how much stronger the born to die material was compared to ultraviolence...thank god, she said her next album is more in the vein of born to die and paradise. The melodies are just stronger.

Oh I love her so much, but I don't know, I don't like this preformance, there's something different with her voice

Her persona, and some clever songwriting have carried her through. I've watched at least ten live performances of Lana. She is not a good singer. Hides behind the lazy swagger of her whole vibe, distracting the listener from the fact that she is a weak vocalist on a number of levels. She is a brilliant marketer, very self-aware, and that awareness is why her brand thrives...cause fuck me, she flat out cannot sing.
