I know! After watching this movie, I am happy that we are being represented on the big screen, not as a supporting role but as A LEAD. As the last girl said, it's endearing and exciting to see yourself in Lara Jean because I was/am her. Anyway, I really hope we see more Asian-Americans being represented forever.

Lana Condor really killed it as Lara Jean. The casting was perfect!

I hope they make a movie for every single one of the books. The last book, Always and Forever, Lara Jean, is my favourite and broke my heart 💔

I personally hated the last book but I think there's definitely a sequel (I'm guessing when John Ambrose arrives at her door is the ending of the first movie)

Csicska Pista SPOILER ALERT So in the last book Lara Jean and Peter are seniors and once they graduate they end up going to colleges far away. Peter’s mom is against them staying together so when Lara Jean accidentally gets intoxicated at Trina (her dad’s future wife) bachelorette party Lara Jean breaks up with Peter. At the wedding, they get back together because they know they can make it work. It’s a happy ending ☺️

This movie was more believable to me than most rom coms. Lara Jean reminds me of someone I would know from high school and I saw plenty of interracial relationships. She’s beautiful but she’s also so girl next door. They have such believable chemistry.

I love Lana. She’s so relatable and down to earth and overall just the perfect Lara jean.

i hope she gets as much love and recognition as noah centineo 💖 they are both amazing and inspirational and they deserve the world!!

Sadly she gets almost no recognition unless noah is there too. She had some interviews alone but those didn't get millions of views like Noah's did... disappointed

The movie is so good I don't know anything about the book but I just learned that there're 3 books in the series so hopefully they make all three since the reviews seems very positive. I know I'm gonna watch it again so many times.

@@shenyce right?! That's what I was trying to imply, but realized I entered my comment without getting to that part. If she was really that embarrassed she didn't do her stunts, she should have just said something like, "oh no I didn't, but the girl who did was very brave and awesome for doing my stunts for me!" but no, she kinda made herself look dumb for not being honest about it. And she made it awkward from the very beginning of the interview by not answering it lol. Hope I don't sound like too much of a jerk 😂❤

They only mention Sixteen Candles bc in the movie Lara Jean makes Peter watch that movie and Peter makes LJ watch Fight Club! (Noah said this in one of the interviews he did a couple of weeks back)

This is the first time I’m really happy with a movie even though it’s not exactly like the book

Or you can go in with friends and family on a Netflix account, it’s 4 dollars a month or less and so many movies are being released that are bas3d on teen rom com books

Dear writers of "To all the boys i've loved before" . Craic is not Scottish word it is more associated with Ireland . there is a difference .

What if: peter and gen started bullying Lara Jean due to the letter, lara jean killed herself due to the bullying, and Kitty had to live the rest of her life knowing she caused her sister's demise, which leads to an "atonement" sort of scenario for the rest of the movie. Also the dad has a heart attack shortly after Lara Jeans suicide and Margot chooses to never return home from Scotland due to her grief.
