Lamborghini Gallardo Driving Experience @ Elvington, York
Fantastic day out yesterday at Elvington, near York. Last Christmas Gail bought me a Driving Experience - finally got round to booking it and chose 6 laps in a Lamborghini Gallardo!! Never driven as fast in my life!!!
Think the instructor was impressed.......

Thought the instructor did a great job, sitting next to someone that you have never met before and putting your trust in him without knowing his ability. Looked like the driver really enjoyed the experience.
ive had this guy at prestwold hall hes good the driver gets up to some decent speeds for this type of day tbh he touches wheel to balance car out
This is more like it !. I’ve seen some disappointing videos . This looks like he’s allowing you to drive , have a experience & great tuition. I want this fella when I do mine
Just been down great day out , looks like you done a good job , and yes the instructors spoil it telling you to brake far too often , apart from the straight's I would say I can have done a faster lap by myself in my mates audi .Enjoyed it though .
nice drive
I am doing this in May as a birthday present, so nice to see someone actually get a good drive in at Elvington. The instructor is very frustrating at first, constantly touching the wheel and giving unnecessary instructions. In fairness though as the only pre-requisite for a drive is a driving license they must get some right test pilots so I'm sure over the years these have been watered down a lot with H&S and speed limiters etc, that speedo msut be in KMH!
sounds amazing. the car not the guys giving orders. lol
Yeah the instructor ruins it. You clearly are a very good driver, I think the instructor was probably limiting you a bit.
The speedo is definitely wrong

Definitely in km/h
Not in a million years was that 175mph hahaha. Wonder how many people are fooled by the fraudulent speedometres.
there is nothing worse than someone telling you how to drive. its so off putting.

Paul trotter , it's a race track? You don't go 100mph round a track everyday so I think he appreciated the notes when to break, breaking at 180mph opposed to 50mph to turn into something is a different length.. so. And he's an instructor? It's his job?
