i got a question sir chopper, when u do that squeel(i think its called pinch harmonic) do u need nails or can u do it with no nails? cuz i try doing that squeel n i cant seem to do it perfect, n i think its bcuz of my nails, since their really short to do a pinch harmonic in my opinion

pinch harmonics have nothing to do with nails at all. I have very short nails and I can easily do pinchies.

If you have a mac, iphone and an interface cable then you're good to go. I use amplitube metal for my tone and record the audio track in garageband. The song I'm covering is imported into garageband and my iphone just captures the video. After I've recorded I import the video file into garage band and sincronize the video as well as deleting the camera audio. I then take it to imovie and edit the movie with transitions, titles and export it to KZread. Whole thing takes under an hour

Seriously dude thank you for posting these super accurate covers. I'm using them along with songsterr tabs to try and get better (= you're a hell of a player! and as much as I appreciate video/guitar cover production, I am very grateful to have a tutorial that stays on the fretboard for one angle only. Makes it a lot easier to learn, especially during transitions to different riffs!

Use the part of your palm that's below the pinky (the outside of you palm near the heel) - you kind of do a subtle roll/pivot with it to change position (simultaneously with your pick stroke) from high to low.
