Paklay Bisaya Recipe
INGREDIENTS :
1 kl. beef innards, boiled
annatto oil / any cooking oil
ginger
onion
garlic
sayote
bell peppers
chillies
spring onion
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soysauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 pcs. bay leaves
1 1/2 cups water
1 pc. beef bouillon cube
1 can ( 155 grams ), salted black beans, drained
