Lakehouse Build - EP24 - Tall Rake Wall and Trusses!
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This is Episode 24 in our Lakehouse Build series. In this episode, we build the Tall Rake Wall that is specified by our engineer due to the amount of glass area in the wall! We bring in a large crane to lift this heavy wall (crane indicated over 3500 pounds) into position. The crane lifts the trusses to be staged on top of the walls to help facilitate the building of the roof system.

As that rake wall was stood up, all I could see was what a beautiful view you will have of that lake. #24 ✅

Yes I watched the the entire video and I could see the outcome. All of your videos are great to watch but this one was not the same. I think it was the position of the camera

I am usually so focused on the “build” that I sometimes forget about the camera and what it is focused on. We will strive for better Tony!

That was the worst video I've watched from you. The camera was pointed at the floor so had know idea what you guys were doing

Sorry you feel that way Tony. A lot of the work was framing the tall rake wall and side walls and they were all built on the floor. The camera angle was naturally on the work area. Did you watch from about 40 min onwards where the walls were stood up? Hopefully that showed you the end result of what we were doing. Thanks for watching!
