Lake Tahoe’s Emerald Bay & Fannette Island from Baldwin Beach by kayak: South Lake Tahoe, California

Dropped our kayaks in at Baldwin Beach just outside of South Lake Tahoe, California. Paddled to Emerald Bay and landed on Fannette Island and walked up to the tea house. Then paddled back to Baldwin. A great day on Lake Tahoe. Keep Tahoe Blue!

How long did it take you to kayak from Baldwin beach to fannette island?

@@apexsw20trd We used inflatable kayaks which are slower, and we enjoyed it all as we went. Approximately 2 hours one way to reach Fannette island at the end of Emerald bay.

😆 I thought the same as I was attempting to keep up with the paddle pace. Worth all the effort however....fantastic!!
How long it take you to make it from the shore of Baldwin to emerald bay shore?

Cant remember - maybe a couple of hours from Baldwin to the island.
