After spending the night in Lake Orta, we went back to Orta San Giulio, where we took a boat to Isola San Giulio and explored Sacro Monte. Then we headed to Omegna, a beautiful Italian town on the north side of the lake to have lunch.

Perhaps it was quiet during the pandemic. We went here a couple of days ago and it was extremely crowded. Much more than lago Maggiore.
