When water soak into ground you might not see all go to run off but my experience is water will eventually release to river then go to lake Mead though out the spring and summer time. Lake Mead level will rise this year, possible next few years. The weather experts right or I am right time will tell.
Great update.
It's never a problem to come up with billions for war. How about building desalination plants and connected to lakes and even deserts while creating new jobs and solving water shortages.

@@dothedishes3427it would and the process is highly inefficient, consumes massive amounts of energy and very high upkeep costs. Plus they are awful for the environment due to the waste and toxic chemicals. Literally for every gallon of water it’s creates 1.5 gallons of brine that literally creates a dead zone for wildlife.
