Well if That's not proof Lake Conroe flooded Kingwood I don't know what is. That video is in lock-step in timing of the Conroe Record water release (almost equaling Niagara Falls).

Actually no, water should have been released from lake Houston in anticipation. It's better to be proactive than reactive.
