On Wednesday September 4, 2019 a team of scientists and volunteers successfully worked together to collect, count, measure, weigh, and tag fish in Lake Elsinore.
Balanced fishery is a vital component to the lake's overall health. This survey will be compared to a previous survey conducted in 2003 and will be used to identify short and long-term projects and solutions to create a more balanced, self-sustaining and valued sport fishery, This projected is funded and led by the Lake Elsinore & San Jacinto Watersheds Authority.
