The only business Ghanaian rich men and women know is to copy what already dy exists. No sense if innovation. Filling stations, radio stations transport. Is either one of the mentioned trends or sending their money to the white man's country or Dubai to help them develop their countries. The lands atound the lake bosumtwe should've been bought and secured by the government in conjunction with the Ashanti kingdom for future developmental programs. Unfortunately, we are only blessed with tunnel visionary leaders who are only endowed with "Political Marking Time", with emphasis only on how to be in power but not how to move the country forward. This is not about singling out the lakeside, but take a look at the colonial castles and other magnificent edifices scattered across the Nations's coastal belt, all left in near ruins and rotting away. In most Nations, oceanfront properties are prime and always reserved and earmarked for serious developments. In ghana the story is different. Where we headed?
