Laird's very good point about not moving just because your home is frightening is also the point G. Hendrix starts from in How to Sell a Haunted House. It's kind of amazing how the question, "why don't they just leave," betrays such a level of wealth and opportunity.
damn, I cant wait for more of these two writing. Laird and John are such great reads. I gotta get more of their stuff.
