Wow what a powerful message... I cried as Laide’s scene became obvious that she would end up heartbroken. I could see my Past desperation in her character and I felt pain and in tears as I watched her ignore her friend after finding out that he was interested in her friend and not her. It was not easy recovering but With the help of God who healed my broken heart and made me see things differently, I’m bold and focused to wait on the lord.Hallelujah

This movie sincerely helped me let go of a man I was holding in my heart. Praise God 🙌🏽

One thing I can testify to is that ladies make terrible mistakes in isolation but God gives us beauty for ashes. He takes our worst mistakes and make them beautiful in His own time. May we not miss God in all our ways. I love Yemisi's story. We just need to relax so we don't give it all to the wrong man especially swindlers and cheats, men without anything to give, all they want is to take. This is a very sweet one. I love the way Laide rose up and was restored. This is the message of Christ's redemption. New beginnings and it is available to us all. As for me, I'm single eyed in my pursuit of Jesus. I can fully trust Him in all areas of my life, even marriage.

I wasn't planning to watch this movie, but my spirit made me to hold on and see what message it was going to pass across. And I'm glad I did. It was like the movie was pointing at me. Hmm I've gotten to the stage in my life that I need to "wait on God" and I must say, it's not easy. But God's time is the best. 🙏🏽

On like a week-binge of MZFM movies and although I've learned many lessons; the main lesson of the storyline of this particular movie is for me. Thank you Lord.

God does make everything beautiful in His own time. Oh such overwhelming love from our Father. Another beautiful one and divinely inspired story. Plus my fave actors 😍

I learned a lot from this movie...... especially when Laide said "the greatest blessing you can have as a Christian is a community of friends".....this is not just for the singles, as a married woman you need such genuine committee of friends .

That is so true. As a now sadly divorced woman who is disabled, I am terribly lonely. I do not need or even want another man and do not believe in remarriage once divorced. That is just my own conviction, however. My ex left me when I became ill stating "I didn't sign up for this." He seemed to have forgotten the "in sickness and in health" vows. Anyway, due to my ill health and lack of money I had to go on gov't assistance and now I pay him child support...which is required here in the USA by the parent who does not have custody of the children. He is a great dad and he makes a great living and they have all their material needs provided for. Sadly, I don't get to see them too often because of my health and because I don't have the money to take them places and they don't enjoy sitting in my run-down apartment. I barely have enough food for myself so they choose not to come over and I don't believe in forcing them to do so. I have "rights" of visitation and could legally force them to come but they are teenagers and I let them decide. He is well off and takes them all sorts of fun places. I simply cannot compete. Anyway, due to my ill health, many times it is difficult for me to attend church. I desperately want to do so and have gone but have faced judgment because my attendance is sporadic. I have heart and kidney issues so I don't LOOK as sick as I am. Many people just do not understand the exhaustion, fatigue and shortness of breath I have. My body is exhausted constantly just trying to keep me alive. Also, my ex and my children still attend the one we used to go to as a family. The people who I used to know there felt like since he still attends that they "shouldn't" or feel weird still talking to me. Since he went there before I did, he remained and I left that church also when he divorced me. So I lost him, the kids, my pastor, and church family all at the same time in 2007 and have been alone ever since. He just remarried on August 1, 2019. It has been very hard. My point is that if you have friends I beg you, never take them for granted. As a 50 yr old American disabled & stuck at home woman, I would be grateful for just ONE human lady friend. But Jesus is faithful and He is my most loyal & faithful companion. I am trying to make some important decisions about moving, etc and it sure would be nice to have some godly wisdom of other Christians to speak into my life. The Bible does give us direction however it does not tell us where to live and those types of specifics...which is why God never intended for us to be alone. Keep your friends and loved ones close. I have very limited family members and none of them are Christians although I pray that they become Christians soon. Just please thank God that you have friends. Thanks for reading. :)

Hmmm, finally watched to the end. Brethren, with this movie, I see a generation of women rising, a generation of women that will wait on God's time, a generation of women that will hold sexual purity in high esteem, a generation of women that will be example in characters to other women, a generation of women that will wait upon the Lord before say I do, a generation of women that will be like Mary the mother of Jesus!!! Full of Lessons!!! Who else noticed that Laide was seated closer to her husband @ 5:30mins, he took note of her actions but she never knew he was the ONE!!! Sometimes, God's choice for us is right beside or in front of us, but we look passed it. I pray God will open our eyes to be sensitive to His perfect plans for our lives in Jesus name.

What a great movie. Sometimes it is not we fantasizing in our hearts but the bro is the one getting unnecessarily close and giving unnecessary green light. Any which way, guard your heart with all diligence and ask God for help always. May His grace be sufficient for us. E no dey easy

This is a solid movie. I was amazed by so many aspects of it. 👍 to Ife Grace Dada, the writer. The acting too was on point and most notably, the dialogue was free-flowing and believable. I loved the dominant use of the creative wipe transition of many scenes, as well as the music. The shot choices and continuity were perfect. On top of everything, it might have a part 2, coz Laide said how she and her husband got together was a story for another day. Fingers crossed. Oh, it's a wonderful movie!

Wow, I loved this! Very real & eye opening. Those who wait and trust in the Lord will NOT be put to shame. I will never settle! :-)
