I attribute this fact to the clean work area, plenty of fans moving the air around, and the fact that they are cooking the chicken within a contained area. Miracles are possible. One thing your forgot to mention is hygiene at it's highest level 🤣 no gloves or spatulars used when putting the chips in the bag. G9d knows where those hands have been.

I would never eat food where hygiene is not taken very seriously. No gloves used when putting in the fries, or spatulars used. Where have those hands been?????

Get a fcuking TONGs!! why do they want to touch food excessively then wipe with a cloth everytime? use a tong to avoid that. cleaner and less wiping. or is illegal to use tong or glove in the pakistan food industry? besides thats hot. thats a good eatery but they dont want to invest on utensils.

Yes! Agree with you, they should use tongs. Because they don't like to wear gloves, the masala paste sticks to their fingers, so they wipe it off again and again.
