I’ve watched so many Mukbangs, this Pakistani dish by far is the best one. That food looks beyond delicious🤤. I love anything saucy❤️

When you said where has it been all your life, it’s that people label all Indo-Pak food Indian. Pakistani dishes get left out and that’s why no one discovers them. When you eat Indian food, you’re also eating Pakistani food because we share pretty much all dishes and some of the dishes you find on the menus are Pakistani whereas others are based in India and mainly eaten there, but they were once one country so we eat the same food. So I’d just call it Southeast Asian food. Bangladesh and other neighboring countries fall into it too they just have some different pronunciations because they don’t speak Hindi/Urdu, which they are pretty much the same languages, minus the differences with some extra words being rooted in Sanskrit in Hindi and with Urdu being influenced by Arabic and other Middle Eastern tongues. But we can speak to each other as if it’s the same language, there is clear understanding and you can’t tell who is speaking Urdu or Hindi. By the way Lahore is a major city in Pakistan.
