Ivy gourd-300 gm(ટીંડોળા)
Gramflour-4tbsp(ચણાંનો લોટ)
Cooking oil-4tbsp(તેલ)
Musterseeds-1/2tsp(જીણી રાઈ)
Hing-1/2tsp(હિંગ)
Turmeric powder- 1/4tsp(હળદર)
Choped ginger-1/2inch(આદુ)
Salt-as per your taste(મીઠુ)
Rosted peanuts-1/2cup(શેકેલા શીંગદાણાં)
Season seeds-2tbsp(સફેદ તલ)
Fennel seeds-1tbsp(વરિયાળી)
Cumin coriander powder- 2tsp(ધાણાંજીરુ પાવડર)
Red chilli powder-3tsp(લાલ મરચું)
Sugar-4tsp(ખાંડ)
Garam masala-1tsp(ગરમ મસાલો)
Aamchoor powder-1tsp(આમચૂર પાવડર)
Chopped coriander leaves- 2tbsp(લીલા ધાણાં)
