I have this yoga.. my ascendent lord is moon which is in 5th house scorpio sign with mars and venus.. moon is debilitated and mars is in its own house.

Already an exalted lagna lord represents utilization and it is in a positive bhava. Look to the dispositor. This yoga says if the dispositor is swa or exalted in a positive bhava, there is parvata yoga. It that is not the case, no worries. You are in good shape with an exalted lagnesha and there may still be parvata like yoga depending on other factors in your chart. Can't really say more without knowing your specific chart

Check out what the dispositor Jupiter is doing! And even if that is not a help there are many other ways your Mercury might have some underlying strength

My Mercury is debilited in Pisces, being lagna lord, I am still struggling with career and finance!

The facct that the MO has a strong dispositor is a help for utilization. It is good to see the rest of what is going on in the chart that might give confluence and support

That is very good yoga called chamar yoga but not from ascendent but from moon as as. It's very nice yoga

I've ketu in 1st H ( Taurus), Venus is in 10th h (Aquarius), Saturn in 9th H (Capricorn)
