We do this most effectively by lagging the bat in transition and releasing the bat at the optimal time.

Thank you!! I know i have proper visualization of the swing when my mechanics are perfect I know im struggling when my mechanics are bad, cause that means im not visualizing it right.

Thanks for the advice I am starting baseball this year and I went to my practice and was one of the best players there and the fastest on the team

There are a lot of similarities due to swinging a lever... but also some differences. Ball on ground versus random locations above ground... round bat versus square club, etc... Very true though! Nice eye! ~Michael Pro Speed Baseball

When you say that the bat/ broom is moving away from you the knob is actually going towards the ball right? And then we unhinge the wrist? Were just not moving the bat away from us

I tried, but I couldn't make it through this entire clip. I think I feel asleep somewhere when you were holding a broom or something like that.
