The Vet may have told you this but we have a cat who also had crystals in the bladder and we were told it was diet related. He since has been eating a special brand of food and it’s been great for years now! Hope Lady feels better soon. Hugs to you and family!

It’s so easy for the negative people to say things because they can’t begin to put themselves in your shoes. Keeping you all in my prayers. I tore my meniscus when I was about her age and man she is tough like her momma! Because I remember that pain was intense. I just learned that my 4 yr old niece has RSV. Hope lady recovers well. Love you all despite everything going on I hope y’all still have a great holiday 💕🙏🏼🐾. My kitty had the same thing but his stone was bigger than that and it almost killed him if I hadn’t brought him in because it blocked most of where he would pee. His bladder was torn up too I felt so bad

That stone, poor girl! Growing up I had a bichon that had similar issues. Cranberry supplements for dogs ended up preventing future infections/stones. I hope Lady & Olivia heal up quickly!! If her ribs start to get sore from the crutches, Amazon has cushioned covers. I used them after my surgeries and it made a huge difference!

My heart is absolutely broken for all of you. I can’t even begin to imagine how I would feel in your situation. I would have never ever thought your sweet family would be put through such horrendous things and I am sending so much love and so many prayers to you, your mom and dad and siblings as well as the children. It’s going to take a long time for them to heal emotionally, but God will wrap them in comfort and help them one step at a time.

Thank you for sharing about lady. We had a similar situation with my doggo a year ago and by the time we realized something was really wrong he almost died. He had a stone lodge and it was blocking his ability to go potty. So his bladder almost burst. I wish I would’ve known the signs sooner so that we could’ve helped him sooner. He’s ok now but he has to be on a prescription food for the rest of his life and regularly monitored. Thank you for talking about it.

What an eventful vlog. So glad Olivia is healing!! I slipped and fell at work this week and injured my right knee…so, I’m right there with her! Poor sweet Lady, I’m glad the vet was able to diagnose and get the bladder stone(s) out efficiently. What breed is she? I’m sure you mentioned when you got her but I can’t for the life of me remember. Also, I’ve been holding you, Ellie, Julie, Beau and your parents as well as all the kids in my heart during this whole legal ordeal. me and Boston are the same i swear i never want to wake my parents in the middle of the night and id wake up and or my mom would wake me up and find out i just put a towel in my bed or did something to like not ask for help till morning. or i'd ask for help right before morning 5am because i couldn't handle it anymore so sweet. because my mom would say the same thing she would change them then and there for me if one of us had an accident.
