Lady Rose attend a servants dance with Anna, however, an argument between tow suitors gets out of hand they leave in a hurry. Attempting to keep her identify a secret, Lady Rose poses as a maid.

The costume drama series, Downton Abbey, written and created by Oscar-winning writer Julian Fellowes, stars Academy Award-winner Maggie Smith as a Dowager Countess of an Edwardian English country house in 1912. I love how Jimmy didin't even refer to Rose as "milady", he just goes "What the...".
I always think it's really cute when Anna takes care of Rose in the dance scene, just an older sister

loooooooooove Lady Rose, one of the most refreshing characters in downton, and all around sweetheart, I love Lily James, perfect role for her.
I can't wait for the 3rd film I need a teaser. Downton abbey is soo special to me for prom next year I am going dressed in a lady Mary inspired outfit which is crazy how much the show has inspired me with it's fashion, it is extremely exquisite. I think I speak for everyone who has subscribed to the channel when I say that we love you Julian Fellowes and the Whole Cast of Downton you have made something beautiful ❤🎉

Rose ... The character was so multi layered. She was agnostic to classes and had nine of the airs of English aristocracy. She was free of prejudices. Yet she yearned to be loved and sought it in the messiest of ways. But deep within she just wanted to hurt her spiteful mother. So glad it ended with Atticus
I loved this story line filled with excitement and a gentle love.....

It took a while! People forget Branson pursued her for quite some time before she finally accepted her own feelings and risked everything to be with him. I still don't think she would have done it if he hadn't been someone she saw regularly. Talking to her chauffeur again and again wore down her fears and inhibitions in a way Rose didn't have with this guy because he 1. didn't know the real her at all 2. didn't see her regularly. Spending days and days together and actually knowing someone's heart is what made Sybil truly be brave. Rose and this guy only had a few minutes altogether.
They would have been a cute couple.

@@jennynott3841 Probably because Rose wasn’t as rebellious as Sybil, so she wouldn’t give up her lifestyle to marry a servant and her Mother NEVER would have let her

"What the hell?" has been around a very long time. It actually makes sense for him to not finish the phrase because it's considered impolite to swear in front of a noble lady, especially as a servant
