It's a javelin and the articulated item on the backpack is a camera. She was the "defacto" archive keeper for the Joe's. I think her secondary specialty is a reporter of sorts. I would have to go find her old file card to verify. Her gun is an updated javelin launcher like the original 3.75 figure had.
